Integration / Accounting

Bitrix24 and your accounting system: invoices, payments, and customers that finally agree.

In short

QuickBooks Online has Bitrix24-built apps, but they sync one way — customers and invoices from QuickBooks into Bitrix24. Xero has a two-way third-party app. Tally has one third-party Windows middleware, and Zoho Books has no dedicated Bitrix24 app at all. For Indian GST invoicing or true two-way sync, most businesses need a custom integration.

Sales closes the deal in Bitrix24; finance raises the invoice in QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or Zoho Books. Without an integration, someone retypes the customer and line items, sales can't see whether the client has paid, and the two systems disagree on revenue by month-end.

Off-the-shelf options exist for some accounting systems, but they differ a lot in what they actually sync — and for the systems most Indian businesses run on (Tally and Zoho Books), the marketplace has little or nothing. Here is the honest picture, system by system.

QuickBooks Online — Bitrix24's own apps

'QuickBooks integration' and 'QuickBooks Accounting' apps by Bitrix24 Integrations, in the Bitrix24 Market.

Does well
Imports QuickBooks customers as contacts/companies and invoices with their statuses; a paid invoice updates in Bitrix24 and notifies the manager; you can create a QuickBooks invoice from a CRM record.
Where it stops
Sync is one way (QuickBooks → Bitrix24). No link between Bitrix24 and QuickBooks products; estimates and payments are not synced; duplicate control is not implemented, so import into a clean CRM. QuickBooks Online only.

Best for: QuickBooks Online users who mainly want sales to see invoice and payment status.

Xero — Fusion Eta app

Third-party 'Bitrix24 – Xero Integration' app in the Bitrix24 Market.

Does well
Invoices created in Bitrix24 sync to Xero (as drafts) in real time; payments and status changes in Xero flow back to Bitrix24; contacts and companies kept in both.
Where it stops
Priced per integration (listed at USD 500 with a 30-day trial); logic outside its scope (custom approval flows, multi-entity rules) needs custom work.

Best for: Xero users who want invoicing to start in the CRM.

Tally (TallyPrime / ERP 9) — middleware

Tally runs on a local machine or server, so any integration needs a connector inside your network. One third-party Windows middleware is listed in the Bitrix24 Market.

Does well
A local service can read and write Tally data (ledgers, vouchers, stock items) on a schedule and push it to Bitrix24.
Where it stops
Depends on the Tally machine being on and reachable; mapping GST, ledgers, and voucher types to CRM deals is business-specific.

Best for: Indian businesses on Tally that want payment status, outstanding balances, or stock visible in the CRM.

Zoho Books — no dedicated app

No Zoho Books app appears in the Bitrix24 Market's accounting category (checked October 2026). Zapier and Make support both systems.

Does well
Zoho Books has a full REST API (contacts, estimates, invoices, payments) with Indian GST fields, so a direct integration is very achievable.
Where it stops
Zapier/Make flows handle simple one-way steps; GST line items, two-way status, and reconciliation need a proper integration.

Best for: Businesses on Zoho Books that want quotes or invoices raised from Bitrix24 deals.

Custom two-way sync (Tech Titan)

Bitrix24 REST API ↔ your accounting system's API (or a local Tally connector), with a queue, conflict rules, and logs.

Does well
Any direction, products and tax lines, payments back to deals, credit status on the company card, multi-company books.
Where it stops
A project: typically several weeks for a full two-way sync.

Best for: When the CRM and the books must agree without anyone retyping.

What should sync — and which way

  • Customer / company

    Both ways

Created once, matched by GSTIN/VAT number or email; billing address and tax details kept consistent.

  • Products & services

    Accounting → Bitrix24

Same items, codes (HSN/SAC in India), prices, and tax rates in both, so quotes match invoices.

  • Quote / estimate

    Bitrix24 → Accounting

Raised from the deal with line items, discount, and tax.

  • Invoice

    Bitrix24 → Accounting

Created when the deal reaches the right stage, with numbering owned by the accounting system.

  • Payment status

    Accounting → Bitrix24

Paid / partly paid / overdue updates the deal and alerts the owner.

  • Outstanding & credit

    Accounting → Bitrix24

Balance and credit limit on the company card, so sales sees it before offering more credit.

Where these integrations usually break

  • One-way sync mistaken for two-way: the QuickBooks apps, for example, bring data into Bitrix24 but do not send Bitrix24 changes back.
  • Duplicate customers: importing into a CRM that already has contacts, without matching rules, creates copies — the QuickBooks Accounting app explicitly has no duplicate control.
  • Tax lines don't map: Indian GST (CGST/SGST/IGST, place of supply, HSN/SAC codes) and UAE VAT need explicit mapping, or invoices fail or come out wrong.
  • Numbering conflicts: invoice numbers must come from the accounting system, not be generated in two places.
  • Products drift: when catalogues aren't linked, quotes in the CRM use prices that finance no longer charges.
  • Tally offline: a Tally connector only works while the Tally machine is on — it needs queuing and alerts for downtime.

An app probably won't be enough if…

  • You use Tally or Zoho Books
  • Invoices or quotes should start from the Bitrix24 deal
  • Indian GST or UAE VAT lines must be correct on every invoice
  • Sales needs to see outstanding balances or credit limits
  • More than one company or set of books

Custom development

Need it built your way? We develop it directly on the APIs.

Whichever accounting system you run, we can build the integration directly on its API — including the two-way sync, GST/VAT mapping, and payment flow-back the marketplace apps don't cover.

QuickBooks Online Accounting API

Customers, items, estimates, invoices, and payments, with QuickBooks webhooks for change notifications — enabling the Bitrix24 → QuickBooks direction the Bitrix24 apps don't sync.

Xero Accounting API

Contacts, items, invoices, and payments, with Xero webhooks for invoice and contact changes.

Zoho Books API

Contacts, items, estimates, invoices, and customer payments, including Indian GST fields (GSTIN, GST treatment, place of supply, HSN/SAC).

Tally (TallyPrime / ERP 9)

XML requests over Tally's HTTP server interface, run by a small connector inside your network that queues work while Tally is offline; TDL customisation where Tally itself needs a change.

Bitrix24 REST API

Deals with product rows, smart invoices and quotes, company requisites (GSTIN/VAT), event.bind for stage changes, and batch calls within API limits.

What you get

  • Quote or invoice raised from the Bitrix24 deal, numbered by your accounting system
  • Payments and outstanding balances back on the deal and company card
  • GST (CGST/SGST/IGST, HSN/SAC) or UAE VAT mapped correctly
  • Multi-company / multiple books support
  • Reconciliation report, logs, and alerts

How Tech Titan builds it

  1. 01

    Decide the source of truth

For each object — customer, product, invoice, payment — which system owns it and which only mirrors it.

  2. 02

    Map tax and ledgers

GST/VAT treatment, ledgers or accounts, voucher/invoice types, and numbering series.

  3. 03

    Connect

Cloud APIs (QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books) directly; Tally through a small connector inside your network.

  4. 04

    Sync with rules

A queue with retries, duplicate matching, and conflict rules so the two systems never overwrite each other blindly.

  5. 05

    Automate around money

Payment reminders, overdue escalations, credit holds, and 'won when paid' deal logic in Bitrix24.

  6. 06

    Reconcile and hand over

A reconciliation report, logs, and documentation for your finance team.

Typical effort: Showing invoice and payment status in Bitrix24 is usually days of work; a full two-way sync with products, tax, and payments typically takes several weeks. The integration cost guide explains what moves the number; you get a fixed price after the free review.

Accounting + Bitrix24 — FAQ

Can you connect QuickBooks to Bitrix24?

Yes. Bitrix24's own QuickBooks apps connect QuickBooks Online: customers and invoices sync from QuickBooks into Bitrix24, and you can create a QuickBooks invoice from a CRM record. The sync is one way and doesn't link products, estimates, or payments — a custom integration covers those.

Is there a Bitrix24 Tally integration?

There is no Bitrix24-built one. Because Tally runs on a local machine, integration needs a connector inside your network; one third-party Windows middleware exists in the Bitrix24 Market, and custom connectors can sync ledgers, outstanding balances, invoices, and stock into Bitrix24.

Does Bitrix24 integrate with Zoho Books?

Not with a dedicated marketplace app (as of October 2026). Simple flows can run through Zapier or Make; for GST-correct invoices, payments back to deals, and two-way sync, a direct integration on the Zoho Books API is the reliable route.

Does Bitrix24 integrate with Xero?

Yes, through a third-party Bitrix24 Market app that syncs invoices to Xero and brings payments and status changes back. It is priced per integration; custom work is needed for logic beyond its scope.

Should invoices be created in Bitrix24 or the accounting system?

Raise them where your team works — usually from the Bitrix24 deal — but let the accounting system own the final invoice, numbering, and tax. A good integration sends the deal over and brings the invoice number and payment status back.
