In short
Bitrix24 BI Builder dashboards: lead response time, source performance, agent conversion, pipeline, lost reasons, call activity, revenue forecast, and management reporting.
"How fast do we respond to leads?" "Which source pays for itself?" "Who converts and who just logs activity?" If your CRM cannot answer these in one screen, reporting devolves into weekly spreadsheet compilation that no one fully trusts.
Tech Titan builds Bitrix24 BI Builder dashboards — including the SQL-level datasets behind them — that turn raw CRM data into response-time, source-ROI, conversion, and forecast views your leadership will open every day.
First-response-time dashboard per agent, source, and day
Source-wise lead volume, quality, and revenue attribution
Agent conversion funnels from lead to closed deal
Pipeline value by stage with aging and stuck-deal flags
Lost reason analysis that feeds back into sales strategy
One management summary that replaces the Monday spreadsheet
We define metrics precisely (what counts as 'response'? which date fields?) before building anything, so numbers are trusted.
Missing timestamps, inconsistent stages, and untracked sources fixed in the CRM structure so dashboards have real data to show.
Custom datasets and SQL queries in Bitrix24 BI Builder, including calculated fields like response minutes and stage durations.
Readable, role-specific dashboards: agent view, team-lead view, management summary — not one cluttered mega-board.
Telephony and WhatsApp activity joined with CRM outcomes: calls per deal, contact rates, conversation-to-viewing ratios.
Weighted pipeline forecast, month-over-month source trends, and cohort conversion views.
We compute the difference between lead creation time and the first qualifying activity (call, message, or status change) by the assigned user, using a dataset-level calculation. The exact definition is agreed in the KPI workshop — and we document it on the dashboard itself.
BI Builder primarily reads Bitrix24 data. For external data (ad spend, ERP revenue), we either sync it into CRM fields/SPAs via API so BI Builder can use it, or build the combined view in an external BI tool reading from both sources.
That is normal. Phase one of most dashboard projects is data readiness: fixing stages, making key fields mandatory, backfilling sources, and de-duplicating. A dashboard on dirty data is worse than no dashboard.
Yes. We hand over dataset documentation and train your admin to clone and adjust reports. Complex SQL datasets stay documented so they are maintainable, not magic.
