Platform / On-Premise
Bitrix24 On-Premise: your server, your source code, your rules — and your responsibility.
In short
Bitrix24 On-premise: official edition prices, 50% renewals, source code access, BitrixVM setup, white label, and when self-hosting is worth it.
Bitrix24 On-premise (also called self-hosted) is the same platform you can rent in the cloud, installed on your own server with full access to the source code. Organisations choose it for data residency, deep customisation, integration with systems that live on a private network, or because per-organisation licensing beats cloud pricing at their size.
It also moves real work onto you: servers, updates, backups, security, and performance become your job (or your partner's). This page gives you the official pricing, what you actually get, how it is installed, and a straight answer on when it is worth it.
On-premise editions and pricing
- Business edition — from US$3,590 per year for 50 users, with 100, 250, and 500-user tiers
- Enterprise edition — from US$24,990 per year for 1,000+ users, adding web cluster, multiple branches, microservice architecture, and 24/7 priority support
- Renewal — annual renewal is 50% of the edition price (e.g. US$1,795 for Business 50)
- Source code — full access, except the mobile app and Messenger
- Prices are Bitrix24's list prices in USD, checked on bitrix24.com on 6 October 2026; Bitrix24 runs periodic promotions, so check current pricing before buying
When on-premise is worth it
- Regulation or client contracts require data to stay on your own infrastructure or in a specific country
- You need customisation beyond what cloud apps and the REST API allow — changes to core modules, custom components, deep UI rebranding
- Bitrix24 must talk to systems on a private network (ERP, Tally, internal databases) without exposing them to the internet
- Your user count makes a one-time-per-year organisation licence cheaper than cloud tiers
- You need integrations to run without cloud REST rate limits — Bitrix24's request-intensity limits apply to the cloud version
When cloud is the better choice
- You don't have (or don't want to pay for) someone to run servers, updates, backups, and security
- You rely on cloud-only features — for example, Bitrix24's native Zoom integration isn't available on On-premise
- Your team is small and cloud plans fit the user count
- You want new features the moment Bitrix24 releases them, without an upgrade project
How Bitrix24 On-premise is installed
Bitrix24 provides a ready virtual appliance (BitrixVM) for Rocky Linux 9 or CentOS Stream 9, bundling NGINX and Apache, PHP 8.2, Percona Server 8.0, a Node.js push server, and a firewall — or the Bitrix Environment RPM package to install on your own Linux server. Production sizing depends on users, data volume, and integrations; plan for SSD storage, monitored backups, TLS, and a staging copy for testing updates and custom code.
White label and branding
On cloud plans you can upload your logo and change the portal name (some options depend on your plan). On-premise goes further: with the source code you can apply corporate branding and colours, customise UI elements, and adapt modules. Deep rebranding should be done in a way that survives updates — overriding templates and components rather than editing core files — or every upgrade becomes a migration.
What we build on Bitrix24 On-premise

- Cloud ↔ on-premise migration, including CRM data, files, and users
- Custom modules and components on the source code, built to survive updates
- Private-network integrations: ERP, Tally, Active Directory/LDAP, internal databases
- SAML single sign-on, web cluster setup (Enterprise), and performance tuning
- Managed updates, security patches, and ongoing support

Frequently asked questions
How much does Bitrix24 On-premise cost?
Bitrix24 lists the Business edition from US$3,590 per year for 50 users (with 100, 250, and 500-user tiers) and Enterprise from US$24,990 per year for 1,000+ users. Annual renewal is 50% of the edition price. These were the list prices on 6 October 2026; promotions are common.
Do I get the Bitrix24 source code with On-premise?
Yes — Bitrix24 states full source code access is included, except for the mobile app and Messenger.
Can Bitrix24 be white-labelled?
Cloud plans allow your logo and portal name (some options depend on the plan). On-premise allows deeper branding and UI customisation through the source code; we recommend doing it via template and component overrides so updates don't break it.
What are the server requirements for Bitrix24 self-hosted?
Bitrix24 provides BitrixVM, a virtual appliance on Rocky Linux 9 or CentOS Stream 9 with NGINX, Apache, PHP 8.2, and Percona Server 8.0, or an RPM environment for your own Linux server. Sizing depends on users and data; we size and harden it as part of setup.
Can I move from Bitrix24 cloud to On-premise?
Yes. A migration moves CRM data, files, users, and configuration; custom apps built on the REST API generally keep working. Plan it as a project with a test run before cut-over.
Is On-premise cheaper than cloud?
At larger user counts, often — especially after the first year, when renewal is 50%. But add the cost of servers, backups, monitoring, and someone to run updates before comparing.
