Integration / Automation platforms

Zapier, Make, or n8n with Bitrix24: pick by volume, logic, and who maintains it.

In short

Zapier has an official Bitrix24 app (by Bitrix24 Integrations) for leads, deals, contacts, companies, and tasks — on paid Bitrix24 plans only. Make has a Bitrix24 app with triggers and actions. n8n has no official Bitrix24 node; you use its HTTP Request node or a community node. All three suit low-volume flows; high volume or critical sync belongs on the REST API directly.

Automation platforms are the fastest way to connect Bitrix24 to the hundreds of tools it has no native integration for: forms, spreadsheets, ad platforms, email tools, and internal systems. Most teams start here — and most hit the same walls as volume and complexity grow.

This guide compares the three platforms Bitrix24 users ask us about, and gives you a clear line for when a flow should move off them and onto a direct integration.

Zapier

Official 'Zapier for CRM' and 'Zapier for Tasks' apps by Bitrix24 Integrations in the Bitrix24 Market.

Does well
Triggers on created/updated/deleted leads, deals, contacts, companies, and tasks; actions to create/update/delete them; search steps. Version 3 (March 2025) added tasks, system messages, and feed posts. Easiest to learn.
Where it stops
Works on Bitrix24 commercial plans only. Billed per task, so cost rises with volume; multi-step logic with branches gets expensive and hard to debug.

Best for: Simple, low-volume flows that a non-developer maintains.

Make (formerly Integromat)

Visual scenario builder with a Bitrix24 app.

Does well
Triggers when companies, contacts, deals, invoices, leads, and tasks are created or changed; routers, iterators, and error handlers for real logic; usually cheaper than Zapier per operation.
Where it stops
Billed per operation; complex scenarios become fragile without discipline; still subject to Bitrix24 API limits.

Best for: Multi-step logic (branching, loops) at moderate volume.

n8n

Open-source workflow tool you can self-host, or use as n8n Cloud.

Does well
Self-hosting keeps data in your infrastructure and cost flat; the HTTP Request node can call any Bitrix24 REST method; code nodes for custom logic.
Where it stops
No official Bitrix24 node — use HTTP Request with a webhook URL or OAuth, or a community node (n8n-nodes-bitrix and similar) that you must vet and keep updated. Self-hosting means you own uptime.

Best for: Technical teams, data-residency needs, or high volume on a fixed budget.

Direct REST integration (Tech Titan)

Code that talks to the Bitrix24 REST API and the other system's API directly, with a queue.

Does well
Handles volume within API limits using batch calls; retries, de-duplication, and logs; no per-task fees.
Where it stops
Needs development and someone to maintain it (us or your team).

Best for: Business-critical sync, high volume, or logic the platforms make painful.

What should sync — and which way

  • New form / ad lead

    Tool → Bitrix24

Lead with source, UTM, and campaign — the most common first flow.

  • Deal stage change

    Bitrix24 → Tool

Notify Slack/Teams, update a sheet, start an email sequence.

  • New contact

    Bitrix24 → Tool

Add to Mailchimp or another email list with consent status.

  • Task from another tool

    Tool → Bitrix24

Support ticket or project item becomes a Bitrix24 task with an owner and deadline.

  • Spreadsheet rows

    Either way

Google Sheets import/export for reporting or bulk updates.

Where these integrations usually break

  • API limits: Bitrix24 cloud allows about 2 requests/second on standard plans (5 on Enterprise), with a short burst allowance. Bulk updates and busy triggers hit QUERY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED unless calls are batched (up to 50 commands per batch) or throttled.
  • Duplicates: 'create lead' steps without a search-first step create a new record every time the same person submits.
  • Polling delays: some triggers poll on an interval rather than firing instantly, so 'speed-to-lead' flows can lag minutes.
  • Silent failures: a disconnected account or changed field breaks a flow quietly; nobody sees the error history unless someone checks.
  • Cost creep: per-task pricing that looked trivial at 100 leads a month becomes a real line item at 10,000.
  • Free plan: Bitrix24's official Zapier app needs a commercial Bitrix24 plan.

An app probably won't be enough if…

  • Platform bills growing with lead or order volume
  • Flows failing on QUERY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED or timing out
  • Duplicates or missing records you can't trace
  • Sync that must be two-way or near-instant
  • Data that shouldn't pass through a third-party platform

Custom development

Need it built your way? We develop it directly on the APIs.

When a flow outgrows the platform — or you want platform convenience with engineering behind it — we develop on the Bitrix24 REST API directly, or build the missing piece inside the platform you already use.

Direct Bitrix24 REST integration

Incoming webhooks or an OAuth local app, event.bind subscriptions for real-time triggers, batch calls (up to 50 commands) and throttling to respect the 2/5 requests-per-second limits.

Private n8n node

A Bitrix24 node built for your portal's entities and custom fields, so your team gets drag-and-drop steps instead of hand-written HTTP requests — maintained by us.

Make custom app

Custom Make modules for Bitrix24 objects the standard app doesn't expose (smart processes, custom fields, specific methods).

Middleware service

A small hosted service between Bitrix24 and your other systems with a queue, retries, de-duplication, and a log you can read.

What you get

  • Busy or critical flows moved off per-task pricing
  • Real-time triggers instead of polling
  • Duplicate-safe create/update logic
  • One place to see failures
  • Documentation of what runs where

How Tech Titan builds it

  1. 01

    Audit existing flows

List every Zap, scenario, or workflow touching Bitrix24: volume, failure history, and cost.

  2. 02

    Keep what's simple

Low-volume, non-critical flows stay on the platform — we tidy them (search-before-create, error alerts).

  3. 03

    Move what's critical

High-volume or revenue-critical flows move to a direct integration with queues and batch calls.

  4. 04

    Add monitoring

One place to see failures across platforms and direct integrations.

  5. 05

    Document

What runs where, who owns it, and how to change it safely.

Typical effort: Fixing or rebuilding a handful of flows is typically days of work; replacing a busy platform flow with a direct integration usually takes one to three weeks. The integration cost guide explains what moves the number; you get a fixed price after the free review.

Automation platforms + Bitrix24 — FAQ

Does Bitrix24 work with Zapier?

Yes. The official 'Zapier for CRM' app by Bitrix24 Integrations supports triggers, actions, and searches for leads, deals, contacts, companies, and (since version 3) tasks. It works on Bitrix24 commercial plans only.

Is there a Bitrix24 node for n8n?

Not an official built-in one (as of October 2026). You can call any Bitrix24 REST method with n8n's HTTP Request node using an incoming webhook URL or OAuth, or install a community node — which you should vet and keep updated yourself.

Zapier or Make for Bitrix24?

Zapier is easier for simple, linear flows. Make handles branching, loops, and error routes better and is usually cheaper per operation. Both hit the same Bitrix24 API limits at volume.

What is Integromat?

Integromat is Make's former name — the same platform.

When should I stop using Zapier or Make?

When the flow is business-critical, high-volume, or failing on API limits and duplicates. A direct REST integration with batching and a queue removes per-task fees and makes failures visible.
