Licensing / Renewals

Renew Bitrix24 at the right size, not just the same size.

In short

Renew or buy Bitrix24 through a Gold Partner at official pricing, with a plan-fit review so you stop paying for seats you don't use. GST invoicing from India.

Most Bitrix24 renewals are processed without anyone checking whether the plan still fits. Teams grow, people leave, a department that was going to adopt the CRM never did — and the subscription renews on last year's seat count and last year's tier anyway. The renewal invoice is usually the first time anyone looks.

Tech Titan is a Bitrix24 Gold Partner. We provision and renew subscriptions at official Bitrix24 pricing — identical to buying direct — and run a usage review before the renewal date so the plan matches the team you actually have. Where that means recommending a smaller plan, we say so.

What a partner renewal gives you that auto-renew does not

  • A usage review before you commit: active users, idle seats, and which paid features are genuinely in use
  • Plan-fit advice across Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise — including when a lower tier is the right answer
  • Official Bitrix24 pricing, with no partner mark-up on the licence
  • GST invoicing from an Indian LLP, which is simpler for procurement and input credit than an overseas card charge
  • Renewal dates tracked for you, so a lapse never interrupts access
  • A named team that already knows your portal configuration when something needs changing
  • Annual and multi-year options reviewed against your cash-flow preference

Right-sizing: where the money usually is

Bitrix24 is priced per plan with a user ceiling rather than strictly per seat, so the question at renewal is which tier you need and whether you are inside it. The two most common findings are a tier bought for a feature nobody ended up using, and a user count inflated by people who have left or never logged in. Both are fixable at renewal and effectively impossible to fix mid-term.

The opposite case matters too. Teams on a plan that is too small end up working around limits — spreadsheets beside the CRM, automations they cannot build, reports they export by hand. That is more expensive than the upgrade, just in a budget line nobody counts. A usage review tells you which situation you are in before the invoice lands.

Moving an existing subscription to us

You do not need to be an existing client to renew through us, and you do not need to migrate, rebuild or re-import anything. Your portal, data, configuration and URL stay exactly as they are — what changes is who provisions the licence and who you call when something breaks.

If you are currently on a direct subscription or with another reseller, the switch happens at your renewal date. Tell us the portal address and renewal month and we will confirm what is possible and when, in writing, before anything changes.

Buying Bitrix24 for the first time

If you are still evaluating, do not start with the licence. Start with the process you want the CRM to run — pipeline stages, lead sources, who follows up and when — because that determines the tier you need. Buying the plan first and discovering the limits afterwards is the most common and most expensive sequence.

We run a free audit call that ends with a plan recommendation and a fixed-price implementation scope if you want one. The licence recommendation stands on its own: you can take it and buy direct, and some clients do.

Cloud or on-premise at renewal

Cloud suits the large majority of teams and is where Bitrix24 ships new features first. On-premise (self-hosted) is worth the additional cost and administration only where data residency obligations or deep server-side customization genuinely require it. Renewal is the natural point to revisit that decision, and the honest answer for most businesses asking the question is that cloud is sufficient.

Frequently asked questions

Is Bitrix24 cheaper through a partner?

No — and be sceptical of anyone who says otherwise. Partners provision at official Bitrix24 pricing, so the licence costs the same as buying direct. What a partner adds is plan-fit review so you do not overbuy, renewal management, GST invoicing, and an accountable team that knows your configuration. The saving comes from buying the right plan, not a discounted one.

Can I switch my Bitrix24 subscription to Tech Titan mid-term?

The switch normally takes effect at your renewal date rather than mid-term. Send us your portal address and renewal month and we will confirm exactly what is possible and when, in writing, before anything changes.

Will I lose data or configuration if I renew through a different partner?

No. Your portal, data, users, automations and URL are unaffected — the change is commercial, not technical. Nothing is migrated, rebuilt or re-imported.

Do you provide GST invoices for Bitrix24 subscriptions in India?

Yes. We invoice as an Indian LLP with GST, which most Indian companies find simpler for procurement and input credit than paying Bitrix24 directly by card.

What happens if my Bitrix24 subscription lapses?

Access to paid features stops and your portal reverts to free-plan limits, which can interrupt automations and user access. Your data is retained, but the disruption is avoidable — we track renewal dates for clients so it does not happen by accident.

Can you tell me if I am on the wrong Bitrix24 plan?

Yes, and it is worth asking before you renew. We review active users, idle seats and which paid features are actually in use, then recommend the tier that fits — including a lower one where that is the honest answer.

Do you handle renewals for clients outside India?

Yes. We provision and renew for clients in the UAE and globally, with billing and plan review handled remotely in your working hours.

Renewing in the next 90 days?

Send us your portal address and renewal month. We will confirm your plan options, what a right-sized subscription looks like, and the renewal price in writing — before you commit to another year.
