Data Deletion Instructions

These instructions apply to the Tech Titan Lead Connector (the "Connector"), operated by Tech Titan Technology LLP at https://meta.techtitan.cloud. The Connector uses Facebook Login for Business to connect Facebook Pages and forward leads submitted through Meta Instant Forms to a receiver or CRM configured by your business. This page explains how to disconnect the Connector from Meta and how to have the data it holds deleted. Step 1: Disconnect within the Connector

Sign in to the Connector at https://meta.techtitan.cloud, open your dashboard, select the connected Facebook Page or Business Portfolio you no longer want connected, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting invalidates the associated Meta access tokens and stops the Connector from receiving new leads for those assets.

Step 2: Remove the app from your Facebook settings

You can also remove the Connector's access directly from Facebook:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings
• Open Business Integrations (under Security and Login / Apps and Websites, depending on your Facebook interface)
• Locate Tech Titan Lead Connector in the list of active integrations
• Select it and click Remove, and confirm the removal

Step 3: Request deletion from Tech Titan

To have the data the Connector holds about you or your business deleted, email info@techtitan.co.in from the address associated with your account with the subject "Tech Titan Lead Connector — Data Deletion Request", stating the Facebook Page(s) or Business Portfolio concerned. We action deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm once deletion is complete.

Deletion covers your Meta account data (Meta user ID, name, and email if provided), connected Business Portfolio, Page, and form metadata, stored access tokens, and any lead payloads still held for delivery retries. Note that successfully delivered lead payloads are already deleted automatically after delivery, and retry payloads are automatically deleted after no more than seven days.

Data already forwarded to your CRM

The Connector forwards lead data to the HTTPS receiver or CRM configured by your business. Once a lead has been delivered, Tech Titan no longer holds a copy, and the data resides in that destination system under the control of its operator. To have delivered lead data deleted, contact the business or CRM administrator that operates the receiving system; if Tech Titan separately manages that CRM for you under a service engagement, contact us and we will action it under that engagement.
