Who we are

Tech Titan Technology LLP ("Tech Titan", "we", "us") operates techtitan.co.in and provides Bitrix24 implementation, CRM and AI automation, integration, SaaS development, and support services. Our registered office is at Level 3, Augusta Point, Golf Course Road, Parsvnath Exotica, Sector 53, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India. This policy explains what information we collect from website visitors, prospects, clients, job applicants, and users of our hosted products (including the Tech Titan Lead Connector), and how we handle it.

Information we collect

• Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site: server address, browser type, and similar log information
• Information you submit voluntarily: name, email address, phone number, company details, and inquiry content via contact and audit-booking forms
• Applicant data: resumes and application details submitted through our careers form
• Client project data: information shared with us during service delivery, handled under the confidentiality terms of the applicable engagement

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver services you have requested (for example, provisioning a Bitrix24 subscription on your behalf) or where required by law.

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
• To schedule and conduct consultations you book
• To process job applications
• To send service announcements related to engagements (these cannot be opted out of while services are active)
• To send newsletters or updates you subscribe to — you can unsubscribe at any time

Forms and processing

Our inquiry and application forms are processed through our Bitrix24 CRM, and consultation bookings are processed through Calendly. Submissions are stored in these systems in order to respond to you and manage the engagement.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for basic record-keeping and to support embedded tools (such as the booking widget and chat). You may disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the site, though some features may be limited.

Tech Titan Lead Connector

This section applies to the Tech Titan Lead Connector (the "Connector"), our hosted integration service available at https://meta.techtitan.cloud. The Connector lets businesses connect their Meta assets using Facebook Login for Business and automatically forward leads submitted through Meta Instant Forms (Lead Ads) to the business's own configured HTTPS receiver or CRM. Where this section differs from the general provisions of this policy, this section governs for the Connector.

Connector: information we process

• Meta account data received through Facebook Login for Business: your Meta user ID, your name, and your email address if you choose to grant it
• Business asset metadata: names and identifiers of the Business Portfolios, Facebook Pages, and Instant Forms you connect, used to list and manage your connections
• Access tokens: Meta user access tokens and Page access tokens, stored in encrypted form, used to subscribe to lead notifications and retrieve leads on your behalf
• Lead data: lead IDs, form IDs, Page IDs, ad IDs, submission timestamps, and the field_data submitted by people who complete your Instant Forms
• Delivery data: temporary encrypted copies of lead payloads, held only so that failed deliveries to your configured receiver can be retried

Connector: how we use this information

The Connector does not sell lead data. It does not perform CRM field mapping of lead data, and it does not use email addresses to discover or match Meta assets. We use data received from Meta only to provide the Connector as described in this section, consistent with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

• To authenticate you and show you the Meta assets you are authorized to connect
• To receive lead notifications from Meta and retrieve the corresponding lead details
• To forward lead data to the HTTPS receiver or CRM endpoint that you (or the business you act for) have configured
• To retry deliveries that fail, using the temporary encrypted payloads described above

Connector: who we share data with

We do not sell or rent Connector data, and we do not share it with any other third parties except where required by law.

• Meta Platforms: the Connector calls Meta's APIs on your behalf to authenticate you, read the assets you connect, and retrieve leads. Your relationship with Meta is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy
• Your configured receiver or CRM: lead data is forwarded to the HTTPS endpoint configured for your connection. Once delivered, that data is under the control of the operator of that system (typically you or your business), and its handling is governed by that operator's own policies
• Hostinger: the Connector is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure, which processes data solely as our hosting provider under its own security and privacy commitments

Connector: security

All Connector traffic — including Facebook Login, Meta API calls, and delivery to your receiver — takes place over HTTPS. Meta user and Page access tokens are stored encrypted, and lead payloads held for retry are stored encrypted. Access to Connector systems follows the least-privilege practices described in the Security section of this policy.

Connector: data retention

• Lead payloads that are successfully delivered to your configured receiver are deleted after delivery
• Lead payloads held for delivery retries are retained for no more than seven (7) days, after which they are deleted
• Access tokens are invalidated immediately when you disconnect, and tokens and business asset metadata are deleted within 30 days of disconnection or of a verified deletion request
• Account data (Meta user ID, name, optional email) is retained while you maintain a Connector account and deleted within 30 days of account closure or a verified deletion request

Connector: disconnection and deletion

You can disconnect the Connector from your Meta account at any time, either from within the Connector or by removing it from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations. Disconnection invalidates the associated access tokens.

Security

The website is served entirely over HTTPS. Within our service delivery we apply least-privilege access, encrypted transfers, and audit logging as described in our product and engagement documentation.

Your rights

You may request that we correct, update, delete, or deactivate your personal information at any time by writing to info@techtitan.co.in. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

Third-party links

Our site links to external services (including Bitrix24, Calendly, and social platforms). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Changes to this policy

Updates to this policy take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
