Integration / BI & Sheets

Bitrix24 in Power BI and Google Sheets: reports your management will actually trust.

In short

Bitrix24 has a built-in BI connector for Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio, plus BI Builder (based on Apache Superset) inside Bitrix24. None of it is on the Free plan, and the number of exportable rows depends on your plan. Google Sheets works through a third-party add-on. For large histories, blended data, or near-real-time dashboards, a small data pipeline is more reliable.

Standard CRM reports answer standard questions. The questions management actually asks — response time by source, conversion by agent, revenue against target, pipeline ageing — usually need data shaped differently, joined with other systems, or presented where leadership already looks: Power BI, Looker Studio, or a shared Google Sheet.

Bitrix24 gives you more built-in routes for this than most CRMs. The trick is knowing which route fits your data volume and refresh needs before you build twenty charts on the wrong foundation.

Your options, honestly compared

Checked against the Bitrix24 Market and vendor documentation on 6 October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

BI Builder (inside Bitrix24)

Bitrix24's own BI tool, built on Apache Superset and running on Bitrix24's infrastructure.

Does well
No extra software; datasets for leads, deals, companies, custom fields and more; dashboards export to PDF, JPG, XLSX, or CSV.
Where it stops
Not on the Free plan; data stays Bitrix24-only unless you bring other sources in another way; SQL-level datasets need some skill.

Best for: CRM-only dashboards for teams already living in Bitrix24.

BI connector → Power BI or Looker Studio

Bitrix24's built-in data source for Microsoft Power BI (template or Advanced Editor query) and Google Looker Studio.

Does well
Uses the BI tool your organisation already licenses; blends Bitrix24 with finance, marketing, or ERP data.
Where it stops
Maximum rows depend on your Bitrix24 plan; Bitrix24 itself advises shorter periods (e.g. last 3 months) to reduce rows. Not on the Free plan.

Best for: Organisations standardised on Power BI or Looker Studio.

Google Sheets add-on

Third-party 'Bitrix24 Integration' add-on in the Google Workspace Marketplace.

Does well
Exports deals, contacts, companies, and leads with custom fields; filters by pipeline, status, owner, or period; scheduled refreshes; free tier with paid features.
Where it stops
Sheets slows down with large datasets; one-way export, so edits in the sheet don't go back to the CRM.

Best for: Quick shared reports, pivot tables, and ad-hoc analysis.

Custom data pipeline (Tech Titan)

Scheduled and event-driven sync from the Bitrix24 REST API into a database or warehouse your BI tool reads.

Does well
Full history without row caps in the BI tool, incremental updates, joins with any other system, metric definitions you control.
Where it stops
A small project plus hosting; worth it once dashboards drive decisions.

Best for: Multi-year history, multiple data sources, or leadership dashboards that must be right.

What should sync — and which way

  • Leads & deals

    Bitrix24 → BI

With stage history, source, owner, and created/closed dates — the base for conversion and velocity metrics.

  • Activities & calls

    Bitrix24 → BI

First-response time and activity per agent; needs timestamps, not just counts.

  • Products on deals

    Bitrix24 → BI

Revenue by product, category, or region.

  • Targets

    Sheets → BI

Monthly targets per team or person, joined to actuals.

  • Finance / ERP

    Other system → BI

Invoiced and collected revenue next to CRM pipeline value.

  • Marketing spend

    Ads → BI

Cost per lead and per won deal by source and campaign.

Where these integrations usually break

  • Row caps: the BI connector's maximum rows depends on your plan, so 'all history' reports silently truncate or fail on larger portals.
  • Ambiguous dates: 'created', 'moved to stage', and 'closed' dates answer different questions; mixing them makes dashboards lie.
  • Deleted and merged records: duplicates merged in the CRM can still inflate counts in exported data unless the pipeline handles them.
  • Custom fields: list and multi-select fields export as IDs unless mapped to their labels.
  • Refresh expectations: scheduled extracts are not real time; speed-to-lead dashboards need event-driven updates.
  • Free plan: BI analytics isn't available on Bitrix24's Free plan at all.

An app probably won't be enough if…

  • More than a year of history, or a portal with large lead volumes
  • Bitrix24 data must be joined with finance, ERP, or ad spend
  • Metrics like first-response time or stage duration
  • Leadership wants one trusted dashboard, not five exports
  • Near-real-time numbers on a wall screen

Custom development

Need it built your way? We develop it directly on the APIs.

We build reporting pipelines on the Bitrix24 REST API so your BI tool reads clean, complete, well-defined data — and we design the dashboards on top.

Bitrix24 REST API

List methods (crm.item.list and friends) paged 50 records at a time and combined with batch calls, plus stage-history and activity methods for velocity and response-time metrics.

Bitrix24 events

event.bind subscriptions so new and changed deals update the warehouse within minutes instead of waiting for a nightly extract.

Warehouse + BI

PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or your existing database as the reporting layer; Power BI, Looker Studio, or BI Builder on top.

Google Sheets API

Two-way where it makes sense — e.g. targets maintained in a sheet and read into dashboards.

What you get

  • Complete history without connector row caps
  • Agreed metric definitions (response time, conversion, velocity)
  • Blended CRM, finance, and marketing data
  • Dashboards built in your BI tool
  • Refresh monitoring and documentation

How Tech Titan builds it

  1. 01

    Agree the questions

Which decisions the dashboards support, and the exact definition of every metric.

  2. 02

    Audit the data

Fields, stages, duplicates, and dates — fix the CRM where it would make reports wrong.

  3. 03

    Build the pipeline

Initial backfill, then incremental updates via events; reporting tables shaped for the BI tool.

  4. 04

    Build dashboards

In Power BI, Looker Studio, or BI Builder — management, team, and agent views.

  5. 05

    Validate

Numbers reconciled against the CRM and finance before anyone relies on them.

  6. 06

    Hand over

Documentation, refresh alerts, and training for whoever owns reporting.

Typical effort: Connecting the built-in BI connector and a few dashboards is typically days of work; a pipeline with full history and blended sources usually takes two to four weeks. The integration cost guide explains what moves the number; you get a fixed price after the free review.

BI & Sheets + Bitrix24 — FAQ

Can Bitrix24 connect to Power BI?

Yes. Bitrix24's built-in BI connector is a data source for Microsoft Power BI — you can use a template with the BI connector fields or add it with a query in Power BI's Advanced Editor. It isn't available on the Free plan, and the maximum rows depend on your plan.

Does Bitrix24 work with Google Looker Studio?

Yes, through the same BI connector, which Bitrix24 documents as a data source for Looker Studio.

How do I export Bitrix24 data to Google Sheets?

For one-off exports, use list exports or BI Builder's XLSX/CSV export. For scheduled exports, a third-party Google Sheets add-on can pull leads, deals, contacts, and companies with custom fields on a schedule. For two-way or large datasets, use a custom integration.

What is Bitrix24 BI Builder?

Bitrix24's built-in business intelligence tool, based on Apache Superset, for building dashboards from Bitrix24 data inside your account.

Why don't my Power BI numbers match Bitrix24?

Usually row limits, different date fields, merged or deleted records, or custom fields exported as IDs. A defined data model and reconciliation step fixes it.
