All payments made to Tech Titan Technology LLP for services or products are non-refundable, unless a signed written agreement for a specific engagement states otherwise. All rights and privileges granted under our services are subject to payment of the applicable fees.

Subscriptions and renewals

Where a service operates on a subscription basis, automatic renewal may occur with funds withdrawn from your chosen payment method. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by written request before the renewal date. Third-party subscription fees (such as Bitrix24 licenses) are governed by the third party's own billing terms.

Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for taxes required under applicable law.

Service plans

Tech Titan may modify, restructure, or terminate service plans or alter their features. Where this materially affects a prepaid engagement, treatment is handled under the engagement's written scope.
