Bitrix24 Integrations
Connect Bitrix24 to everything your business already runs on.
In short
Bitrix24 connects to other systems three ways: ready-made marketplace apps, automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n), and its REST API with webhooks. Apps are fastest when they fit; custom integrations handle two-way sync, local rules like GST, and volume. These guides show where each one stops.

Every integration on this page — and any system with an API — we can custom-build.
Where a marketplace app or Zapier flow doesn't fit, we develop the integration directly on the Bitrix24 REST API and the other system's API: two-way sync, your business rules, queues and retries, logs you can read, and documentation at handover.
App, automation platform, or custom build?
- Marketplace app — fastest. Right when it covers your exact flow and you can live with its limits (many sync one way only).
- Zapier, Make, or n8n — flexible and no-code. Right for low-volume, non-critical flows; costs and failure risk grow with volume.
- Custom REST integration — right when the sync is business-critical, two-way, high-volume, or must follow local rules (Indian GST, UAE VAT, multi-company books).
Whatever you choose, plan for Bitrix24's API limits (about 2 requests/second on standard cloud plans, 5 on Enterprise), duplicate handling, and someone being told when a sync fails.

Bitrix24 integrations — FAQ
What can Bitrix24 integrate with?
Anything with an API. Bitrix24 has a marketplace of ready-made apps, official Zapier and Make connectors, and a full REST API with webhooks — so e-commerce stores, accounting systems, telephony, WhatsApp, ad platforms, ERPs, and internal tools can all exchange data with the CRM.
Should I use a marketplace app or a custom integration?
Start with an app when it covers your flow and volume. Choose custom when you need two-way sync, business-specific rules (tax, approvals, multi-company), high volume within Bitrix24's API limits, or visibility into failures. Each guide here lists exactly where the apps stop.
Do integrations work on the free Bitrix24 plan?
Most do not: marketplace apps, the official Zapier app, and REST integrations generally need a paid (commercial) Bitrix24 plan.
How much does a Bitrix24 integration cost?
It depends on direction, the other system's API, volume, and reliability needs — from a few days for a one-way lead feed to several weeks for two-way sync. Our integration cost guide explains the tiers; the free review gives you a fixed price.
Don't see your system? It probably has an API.
ERPs, HR tools, payment gateways, internal apps — if it has an API, we can connect it to Bitrix24 with queues, retries, and logs.
