Cancellation Policy

Effective: 12 January 2025

Scope

This policy covers all service agreements with Tech Titan Technology LLP, including CRM implementation, customization, integrations, product deployments, and support plans.

How to request a cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to your account manager or to helpdesk@techtitan.co.in, stating the project name, client details, and the reason for cancellation.

The invoice cutoff

Cancellations are considered only if the request is made before invoice generation. Once an invoice has been issued, cancellation is not permitted, and invoiced amounts remain payable regardless of project status — this applies to one-time services, recurring retainers, and custom development work alike.

Company-initiated cancellation

Tech Titan reserves the right to cancel an engagement for contract breach, policy violation, or misuse of services. Any refund in such cases is at Tech Titan's discretion.

Changes to this policy

Revisions to this policy are notified at least 15 days in advance.
