Integration / Microsoft 365 & collaboration

Bitrix24 with Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom: what's native, what isn't, and what to build.

In short

Natively, Bitrix24 supports Office 365 sign-in and document editing, Office 365 calendar sync, a one-way Bitrix24 → Outlook calendar sync (Windows, Outlook 2010+), single sign-on with Azure AD (Entra ID) on Enterprise plans, and Zoom meetings from CRM and chat. We found no dedicated Bitrix24 Market app for Teams or Slack; those run through Zapier, Make, or a custom integration.

Most companies adopting Bitrix24 already run on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, chat in Teams or Slack, and meet on Zoom. The question isn't whether to replace those tools — it's how to make sure the CRM still knows what happened: meetings logged on the deal, calendars that agree, and sales alerts where the team actually reads them.

Bitrix24's native coverage here is better than many people expect, with a few sharp edges worth knowing before you promise anything to your team.

Your options, honestly compared

Checked against the Bitrix24 Market and vendor documentation on 6 October 2026. Sources are listed at the end.

Microsoft 365 / Outlook (native)

Built-in Bitrix24 features documented in the Bitrix24 Helpdesk.

Does well
Register and sign in with Office 365 business credentials; edit documents with MS Office Online or desktop Office; sync Office 365 calendars; sync employee contacts with Outlook.
Where it stops
The Outlook calendar sync is one way — Bitrix24 events go to Outlook, but events created in Outlook don't come back. It needs Outlook 2010+ on Windows and works only with custom Outlook calendars, not the general one.

Best for: Teams that want documents and calendars connected without extra tools.

Azure AD / Entra ID single sign-on

SSO (SAML) and SCIM user provisioning, available on Bitrix24 Enterprise plans.

Does well
Employees sign in with their Microsoft account; IT manages access and provisioning in one place.
Where it stops
Enterprise plans only on cloud.

Best for: Organisations with IT-managed identities and offboarding policies.

Zoom (native)

Built-in Zoom integration in CRM and chat.

Does well
Schedule and join Zoom meetings from a CRM record or chat; invite clients by email, SMS, or WhatsApp; the meeting is logged on the timeline with recording links when recorded.
Where it stops
Chat meetings can't invite external guests; not available on Bitrix24 On-premise. A third-party app (BitConf) adds features such as importing participants as leads.

Best for: Sales and account teams who meet clients on Zoom.

Teams & Slack (via Zapier, Make, or custom)

No dedicated Bitrix24 Market app found for either (October 2026); both are supported by Zapier and Make.

Does well
Post deal, lead, or task alerts into the channel your team already watches.
Where it stops
Per-task platform pricing and polling delays; two-way actions (approve a deal from Teams) need custom work.

Best for: Notifications and simple hand-offs.

What should sync — and which way

  • Meetings

    Zoom → Bitrix24

Logged on the client's timeline with recording links, so the next person knows what was said.

  • Calendar events

    Both ways (target)

Native Outlook sync is Bitrix24 → Outlook only; true two-way needs Microsoft Graph.

  • Users & access

    Entra ID → Bitrix24

SSO and SCIM provisioning — leavers lose CRM access automatically.

  • Deal / lead alerts

    Bitrix24 → Teams or Slack

New high-value lead, deal won, SLA breach — to the right channel.

  • Approvals

    Teams or Slack → Bitrix24

Optional: approve discounts or quotes from an actionable message.

  • Emails

    Outlook → Bitrix24

Client emails on the CRM record (Bitrix24 mailbox integration or custom).

Where these integrations usually break

  • Assuming Outlook sync is two-way: Bitrix24's documentation states it's one-way, so meetings booked in Outlook never reach the CRM calendar.
  • Using the general Outlook calendar: the native sync only works with custom Outlook calendars.
  • SSO expected on a lower plan: Azure AD single sign-on and SCIM are Enterprise-plan features on cloud.
  • Alert fatigue: piping every CRM change into Teams or Slack trains people to ignore the channel. Alerts need rules and thresholds.
  • On-premise surprises: the native Zoom integration isn't available on Bitrix24 On-premise.

An app probably won't be enough if…

  • Calendars must sync both ways between Outlook and Bitrix24
  • Teams or Slack messages should trigger CRM actions (approve, assign)
  • Meeting outcomes should update deal stages automatically
  • Alerts need rules: thresholds, routing, quiet hours
  • You run Bitrix24 On-premise and need Zoom or Microsoft integration

Custom development

Need it built your way? We develop it directly on the APIs.

We build Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, and Zoom integrations directly on their APIs to close the gaps the native features leave — especially two-way calendars and actionable alerts.

Microsoft Graph API

Two-way Outlook calendar sync, mailbox access for logging client emails, and user/directory data — beyond Bitrix24's one-way Outlook calendar sync.

Microsoft Teams

Channel alerts and actionable approval messages delivered through Teams workflows or a Teams bot, with responses written back to Bitrix24.

Slack Web API

Channel alerts, interactive buttons (assign, approve), and slash commands that query or update the CRM.

Zoom API + webhooks

Meeting-ended and recording-completed events that update the deal, create follow-up tasks, or import attendees as leads.

Bitrix24 REST API

event.bind triggers on deal, lead, and task changes; calendar and activity methods to keep the CRM timeline complete.

What you get

  • True two-way Outlook ↔ Bitrix24 calendar sync
  • Rule-based alerts to Teams or Slack
  • Approvals from chat written back to the CRM
  • Meeting outcomes driving deal stages and tasks
  • Logs and documentation

How Tech Titan builds it

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

Where your team meets, chats, and schedules — and which of those events the CRM must know about.

  2. 02

    Use native first

Configure Office 365, Zoom, and SSO features already in your plan before building anything.

  3. 03

    Design the gaps

Two-way calendar, actionable alerts, meeting automation — with app registrations and permissions agreed with IT.

  4. 04

    Build and secure

OAuth apps with least-privilege scopes, queues, and retries.

  5. 05

    Tune alerts

Thresholds and routing so channels stay useful.

  6. 06

    Hand over

    Documentation for IT and admins.

Typical effort: Configuring native features and a few Zapier/Make alerts is typically days of work; two-way calendar sync or interactive Teams/Slack approvals usually take one to three weeks. The integration cost guide explains what moves the number; you get a fixed price after the free review.

Microsoft 365 & collaboration + Bitrix24 — FAQ

Does Bitrix24 integrate with Microsoft 365 (Office 365)?

Yes. You can sign in with Office 365 business credentials, edit documents with MS Office Online or desktop Office, and sync Office 365 calendars. Employee contacts can sync with Outlook.

Is Bitrix24's Outlook calendar sync two-way?

No. Bitrix24's documentation says the Outlook calendar sync is one-way: Bitrix24 events appear in Outlook, but events created in Outlook don't appear in Bitrix24. It requires Outlook 2010+ on Windows and custom Outlook calendars. Two-way sync needs a custom integration on Microsoft Graph.

Does Bitrix24 support Azure Active Directory / Entra ID?

Yes. Single sign-on with Azure AD and SCIM user provisioning are available on Bitrix24 Enterprise plans.

Does Bitrix24 integrate with Microsoft Teams or Slack?

Not through a dedicated Bitrix24 Market app that we could find (October 2026). Teams and Slack connect through Zapier or Make, or through a custom integration for actionable messages and two-way updates.

Can I start Zoom meetings from Bitrix24 CRM?

Yes. Bitrix24 has a native Zoom integration: create a meeting from the CRM timeline or chat, invite the client, and the meeting is logged with recording links. It isn't available on Bitrix24 On-premise.
