Terms & Conditions
Effective: 23 July 2026
Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Tech Titan Technology LLP for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a binding agreement, and accept these terms. Where a signed engagement, scope document, or statement of work exists, its specific terms prevail over these general terms.
Services
Tech Titan provides SaaS-based solutions and products (including PortalSync), Bitrix24 CRM implementation, customization, integration, AI automation, BI dashboards, subscriptions provisioning, and support services. Service specifics, deliverables, and timelines are defined per engagement in a written scope.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate information and timely access needed to deliver the services
- Use the services and any delivered software in compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain the confidentiality of credentials issued to you
Payments
Fees and pricing are set out during service enrollment or in the written scope. Payments are due per the agreed schedule; late payments may result in service suspension. Subscription-based services may renew automatically as described in the applicable plan; renewal can be disabled through your account settings or by written request. Except where a written agreement states otherwise, payments are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
Intellectual property
All content, designs, product code, and trademarks on this platform are the property of Tech Titan Technology LLP or its licensors, and may not be copied or distributed without authorization. Where an engagement includes source-code handover, ownership transfers as defined in that engagement's written scope.
Tech Titan Lead Connector
These provisions apply when you use the Tech Titan Lead Connector (the "Connector"), our hosted service at https://meta.techtitan.cloud that connects Facebook Pages via Facebook Login for Business and forwards leads submitted through Meta Instant Forms (Lead Ads) to the HTTPS receiver or CRM endpoint you configure. Our Privacy Policy describes how the Connector handles data.
By connecting a Business Portfolio, Facebook Page, or Instant Form, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to connect that asset on behalf of the business that owns it, and that you have the right to grant the Connector the Meta permissions it requests.
Connector: your responsibilities
- Collect leads lawfully: ensure that your lead forms, advertising, and follow-up communications comply with applicable data protection, consumer protection, and marketing laws, and that people submitting your forms receive any legally required notices and consents
- Comply with Meta's terms: your use of the Connector must comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Lead Ads terms, and Advertising Standards; you are responsible for your standing with Meta
- Secure your destination: you are responsible for the security, availability, and lawful operation of the HTTPS receiver or CRM endpoint you configure, and for all handling of lead data after it has been delivered there
- Keep your configuration accurate: maintain a valid HTTPS endpoint and promptly remove connections for Pages or assets you no longer control
Connector: API availability
The Connector depends on APIs, permissions, and webhooks operated by Meta. We do not control Meta and are not responsible for Meta outages, API or permission changes, rate limits, review decisions, or the suspension or restriction of your Meta accounts or assets, and the Connector is provided on an "as available" basis to that extent. Failed deliveries are retried as described in the Privacy Policy, but delivery of any individual lead is not guaranteed where Meta or your configured endpoint is unavailable.
Connector: prohibited use
- Connecting Pages, Business Portfolios, or forms you are not authorized to manage
- Collecting, forwarding, or processing lead data without a lawful basis, or in violation of Meta's terms
- Selling, renting, or trading lead data obtained through the Connector
- Attempting to circumvent Meta permissions, rate limits, or review processes, or to access data beyond what your granted permissions allow
- Interfering with, probing, or disrupting the Connector's infrastructure or other customers' connections
Connector: suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Connector, or disconnect specific assets, if you breach these terms, violate Meta's policies, create a security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees, or if Meta requires us to do so. Where practicable we will notify you before or promptly after taking such action. Upon disconnection or termination, associated access tokens are invalidated and stored Connector data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and our Data Deletion Instructions page. You may stop using the Connector and disconnect your assets at any time.
Service changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or plan. For active engagements, changes are managed through the written scope; for products and plans, material changes are communicated in advance where practicable.
Limitation of liability
Tech Titan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tech Titan Technology LLP against claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to any dispute-resolution provisions in a signed engagement.
